Hi, and welcome - I'm a graphic designer, writer, and editor based in Alexandria, Virginia. My name, as you might have cleverly guessed, is Andrea.

Things that make me yay: books, art, cheese, cats, dogs, wine, chocolate, bright colors, long walks, flowers, family, birds, elephants, really any animal, the zoo, good quotes, cats again.

What I do:

I edit written and video tutorials for RayWenderlich.com, which creates tutorials for iphone app developers.

I write novels: so far I've published a couple of young adult novels, along with two co-written romance novels. Currently I'm working on an epic fantasy, a big and sprawling novel that is consuming my life, in the best way :)

I art: when I need a break from words, I create designs to entertain myself and work on my skillz; these designs are mostly what I share on this site. Enjoy!
